Cancellation Policy
Guest Information & Policies For the safety of our guests, a surveillance system operates in the common areas of our salon. 1. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled massage. In case of late arrival, the time will be deducted from your session. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. If not cancelled in time, the session may be deducted from your pass. 2. Please avoid eating or drinking for at least 1 hour before the massage. After the treatment, we recommend drinking plenty of water, which is available at reception. 3. Kindly switch off your mobile phone and refrain from using it in the salon to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests. 4. If you have any health conditions (e.g. herniated disc, skin conditions), please inform the reception. On your first visit, you are required to fill out a health questionnaire. Without this, we cannot provide massage services. 5. Our reception staff are happy to assist you in choosing the massage that best suits your needs. 6. Please note: Thai massage is not erotic. Any sexual activity is strictly prohibited, and harassment of our therapists will result in immediate termination of the session and may be reported to the authorities. 7. Gratuity: If you were satisfied with your therapist’s work, feel free to tip them directly — it will be gratefully received. In Thai culture, tipping is a traditional way of showing appreciation and respect for the therapist’s skill.
