Appointment Booking and Cancellation

• Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled massage. If you are late, your treatment time will be shortened accordingly.

• If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. If you fail to cancel in time and have a membership, the missed session may be deducted.

 

Health Information

• Certain health conditions (e.g. herniated discs, skin conditions) may affect your ability to receive a massage. Please inform the reception in advance.

• A health questionnaire must be completed on your first visit. Without it, you will not be able to receive services.

 

Hygiene and Attire

• Personal hygiene is important for all of us. If a guest arrives with poor cleanliness or unpleasant odors, we reserve the right to refuse entry.

• For Thai massage, we provide comfortable Thai massage attire for our guests.

 

Food and Hydration

• Please avoid heavy meals or large amounts of liquid at least one hour before your massage.

• After your treatment, we recommend drinking plenty of water. Refreshments are available at reception.

 

Massages and Oils

• We only use plant-based, paraben-free oils during treatments.

• Information about the different types of massages is available at the reception.

• Our therapists speak Hungarian or English, ensuring comfortable communication for all guests.

 

Mobile Phone Use

To maintain the calm atmosphere of the salon, please switch your phone to silent and refrain from using it during your stay.

 

Memberships and Gift Cards

• Memberships and gift cards are valid for the period specified on the card.

• Black-gold memberships: valid for 90 days.

• Loyalty cards: valid for 180 days.

• Gift cards: redeemable within 90 days.

• Expired memberships are automatically invalid and cannot be used.

 

Safety and Surveillance

A surveillance system is in place in the reception and common areas for the safety of our guests and staff.

 

Important!

Thai massage is not an erotic service. All sexual behavior is strictly prohibited in the salon, and harassment of our therapists will result in immediate reporting to the authorities.

 

Gratuity

If you are satisfied with your therapist’s work and would like to express this with a tip, please hand it to them personally. In Thailand, tipping is a sign of appreciation for expertise and is gratefully received by our therapists.
